About The Class

Join Dr. Abby’s upcoming webinar to learn more about how your immune system works and how you can optimize its function. While COVID is at the front of our minds, our immune system plays a role in all types of diseases and relates to our digestive and mental health. We will discuss how to assess your immune health status and how to strengthen its function. You’ll come away from this class with a better understanding of how your immune system works, and what foods, supplements and lifestyle habits can help keep it strong.

About Dr. Abby

I’m a licensed Naturopathic Doctor practicing in Westchester and Fairfield counties.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Women’s Studies at Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts where I was on the varsity crew team. I earned my doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington, known for its science based approach to natural medicine.

I then completed a rigorous 16-month residency in Naturopathic Oncology at Indiana University Cancer Center in Goshen, IN. I have also completed advanced training in women’s health, homeopathy, and craniosacral therapy and have been trained as a birth doula.
